me, then you hate exercising. But it is not necessary to go a gym for losing
weight. You can do other physical activities for losing weight such as doing
the heavy house chores, taking your dog for walking if you do not have a dog
then you can walk to all the place you need to go for the most part.

dieting does not mean eating less or not at all. But dieting is the way of
